I'm moving from an old host, how do I get my files switched over to your server ?

First off, signup with us and get your account information. From your old site, backup all of your files to your hard drive at home. Connect to your new account via FTP or Online File Manager with us, and upload all of your files.

You can go to your domain registrar (or your old host, depending on how the domain was registered), and request (or make) the change to your nameservers. (Your nameserver information was mailed to you in the welcome E-mail).

Nameservers can take up to 5 days to propagate. The usual propagation time is 24-48 hours.
