How do I connect to the MySQL database remotely?

To connect to your MySQL database remotely, you will need to login into your control panel and go to your "MySQL Manager." Once you login to the MySQL Manager in your control panel you can grant remote access permission via the Access Hosts: section.

You can either enter the IP address you will be connecting from or you can just enter % as a wildcard which will enable remote access permission to anyone who has the correct login info.

When connecting, you should use the login and password that you created and granted access to your database via your mysql manager in your control panel.
